About this Role

The VP or SVP of Business Development Operations will join the 10+ person Growth team, responsible for shaping Orchestra's new business and growth strategy. This role will focus on developing new strategic systems and protocols to lift up the work of the Growth team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement and train on systems, databases, process and protocols for new business across Orchestra and Orchestra companies
  • Support the big picture business development strategy across Orchestra and Orchestra companies
  • Lead multiple projects at once while engaging with many different people and personalities, coordinating between teams and firms

Requirements and Qualifications

  • 7-10+ years of professional experience in business development, ideally at a communications or marketing agency
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize work streams and track progress across multiple teams
  • Expert multitasking skills with the ability to handle multiple projects at once, work quickly and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail
