Job Title: Customer Care Specialist

Balfin Group, a leading investment group in the Western Balkans region, is seeking a highly skilled Customer Care Specialist to join its Marketing department.

Job Summary:

The Customer Care Specialist will be responsible for managing incoming calls, registering and maintaining a customer database, and addressing customer complaints and requests for information. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and presentation skills, be able to work under pressure, and have experience in customer care, call centers, or contact centers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls and register customer information in the database
  • Address customer complaints and requests for information
  • Respond to comments on social media for assigned projects
  • Manage leads from generation to delegation to relevant departments
  • Develop reports related to work performance
  • Carry out surveys by phone
  • Manage outgoing calls and chat support through electronic platforms
  • Data entry in relevant systems

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of work experience in a similar position
  • Experience in customer care, call centers, or contact centers
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
  • University diploma
  • Very good knowledge of Albanian and English, with other languages an advantage
