- Adhere to Block T Petroleum policies, procedures, and industry regulations related to customer service and data protection.
- Uphold the Block T Petroleum standards of professionalism and service excellence.
- High school/entry-level requirement.
- Proven experience in customer service or a similar role, with a strong track record of managing customer inquiries effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
