Sales Director Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-driven Sales Director to join our team at Great Lakes Management. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in executing sales strategies, nurturing leads, and closing deals to drive occupancy growth and achieve our community's financial goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales techniques and strategies to drive occupancy growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential residents, their families, and professional referral sources.
- Conduct tours with prospective residents, showcasing the community and its services to effectively close sales.
- Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to adapt and innovate our sales approaches.
- Collaborate with the executive team on pricing strategies and promotional offers.
- Manage the sales pipeline efficiently, ensuring all leads are followed up on promptly and accurately.
- Report on sales activities and outcomes, providing insights and recommendations to improve performance.
Requirements:
- Minimum of one year of experience in senior living sales required.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building trust and rapport with a diverse clientele.
- Strategic and analytical thinker with a knack for identifying opportunities and solving problems.
- Resilient and results-oriented, with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
