**Overall Purpose**: This position will drive business initiatives through strategic marketing programs focused on company growth, supporting the marketing team's goals to increase awareness and acquire new users. Key responsibilities include overseeing production and quality of assets/content, coordinating with marketing employees and internal teams to ensure effective implementation of marketing strategies.

**Essential Functions:**

Collaborate with internal and external partners to provide creative and compliance feedback and guidance related to brand standards. Plan and implement projects that support the marketing function, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to specifications.

Build and maintain strong relationships with diverse internal and external partner constituencies, including marketing teams, legal, finance, product, and sales.

Assist with core workstreams of marketing programs from start to finish, driving collaboration amongst internal and external parties and stakeholders. Analyze market trends and keep up-to-date on marketing best practices.

Manage content and updates for external and internal touch points. Review the effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, advising on optimizations accordingly. Support the company's commitment to risk management and protecting system integrity and data confidentiality.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. A minimum of 3 years or more of progressive direct/related experience. Demonstrated prior marketing experience. Ability to handle multiple complex projects, work independently, and meet tight deadlines for deliverables. Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills to interact proficiently with all levels of management, staff, and vendors. Strong project management skills. Self-starter with ability to balance achieving results and fostering collaboration. Background and drug screen.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

A minimum of 3 or more years of marketing-related experience. Experience in B2C marketing. Data analysis expertise.

**Work Environment**: The job requires extensive computer use in a normal office setting, primarily sedentary, with occasional standing, walking, kneeling, and reaching. Must be able to lift 10 pounds occasionally. Visual acuity and dexterity are necessary to view, prepare, and manipulate documents and office equipment. Requires effective communication with internal and/or external customers. Employee accommodations may be required.

**Compensation and Benefits**: We offer competitive salaries based on location. In Phoenix, AZ/Chicago, IL, the salary is $100,000 - $125,000 per year. In New York, NY/San Francisco, CA, the salary is $125,000 - $145,000 per year.
