We're seeking a talented Junior Art Director to join our creative team, responsible for bringing campaigns and creative ideas to life for local and national brands. As a creative problem-solver, you'll concept and execute innovative visual solutions across various integrated branding platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop smart, compelling, and innovative creative solutions for integrated branding platforms.
  • Conceive, design, and execute digital visuals for online advertising, digital marketing, social media, and print advertising.
  • Bring ideas to life through photography, video production, or graphic design.
  • Produce storyboards to visualize ideas and concepts.
  • Participate in brainstorming and campaign concept meetings, contributing ideas and collaborating with the team.
  • Develop strong relationships with creative and cross-functional departments as a trusted creative partner.
  • Identify and communicate potential issues and opportunities, contributing ideas for solutions.
  • Lead and deliver strategy-aligned campaigns on time and on budget.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience at an Advertising Agency/Design Studio/Branding Firm.
  • A diverse portfolio showcasing a range of advertising, digital, and print work.
  • Expert knowledge of art direction, photography, film, graphic design, and typography.
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field, or equivalent experience in advertising/marketing.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite products, with knowledge of Figma a plus.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize workload based on project deadlines.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills (written and verbal).
