CareOne is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Unit Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our clinical units. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of care and service to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Ensure that required staffing levels are met for each shift, making adjustments as needed to ensure adequate care for residents.
  • Resident Care: Monitor the provision of resident care, ensuring that required documentation is completed and interventions are implemented as needed.
  • Communication: Attend and participate in regular meetings with nursing staff, residents, and families to ensure open communication and address any concerns.
  • Quality Assurance: Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Education and Training: Identify educational needs of staff and work collaboratively with the Facility Educator to meet these needs.
  • Compliance: Ensure that resident care and documentation are in compliance with state and federal rules and regulations, including HIPAA.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Previous supervisory experience in a long-term care or acute care setting, with a minimum of two years of experience in a leadership role.
  • Licensure: Active RN licensure in the assigned state(s) of employment.
