Position Overview

Legend Management Group is a fully COVID-19 vaccinated organization with a mandatory vaccination policy.

As a key member of our team, the Concierge plays a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for both current and prospective residents. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional service that enhances the living experience within our community. You will report directly to the Property Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming communications, including phone calls and emails, while warmly welcoming guests.
  • Process and follow up on service requests from residents to ensure their needs are met.
  • Address concerns from residents with empathy and professionalism.
  • Maintain organized records for front desk operations, including package management and reservations.
  • Facilitate engaging community events that promote resident interaction and a sense of belonging.
  • Utilize social media platforms to generate interest and excitement within the community.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in hospitality, retail, travel, or hotel sectors.
  • Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds.
