The OpportunityWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Contract Sales Account Executive to lead our B2B sales efforts in the Northeast. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building strong relationships with customers, A&D firms, and dealers, and driving revenue growth through new business opportunities.
This role requires a strong understanding of our technical capabilities, as well as the ability to articulate the value of our handcrafted fine furniture to clients. You will work closely with our design and production teams to deliver custom solutions that meet the specific needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to target new business and drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, A&D firms, and dealers.
- Comprehend and articulate our technical capabilities in woodworking, engineering, and integration of custom components.
- Negotiate sales contracts with a focus on profitable outcomes.
- Participate actively in industry associations like AIA, IIDA, and ASID.
- 5-10 years of experience in B2B and Contract sales.
- Strong presentation skills and familiarity with sales automation and CRM software.
- A passion for handcrafted fine furniture and the ability to articulate its value.
- Proven track record of driving measurable sales growth.
- Ability to mentor and develop a sales team.
- Comfort interacting with C-suite executives and key stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills to manage complex custom projects.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and negotiation skills.
