About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Marketing and Office Ambassador to join our team at People Driven Technology, Inc. This role will be responsible for all local customer-facing activities and partner relationships, as well as serving as the main point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees in the Minneapolis region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Local Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute full-scale local marketing campaigns and events to promote our company's products and services.
  • Partner with Digital Marketing Manager: Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to ensure seamless communication and coordination of all marketing activities.
  • Communicate Project Expectations: Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders with clarity and timeliness.
  • Coordinate Invite Distribution: Coordinate invite distribution with the local sales team to ensure timely and accurate communication.
  • Maintain Relationships with Vendors and Venues: Maintain relationships with third-party vendors and venues to ensure smooth execution of marketing events.
  • Estimate Resources and Track Expenses: Accurately estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals and track campaign and event expenses to ensure budget compliance.
  • Document Campaign and Event Details: Document all campaign and event details in the appropriate internal channels to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Manage Changes in Project Scope: Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Conduct Project Post-Mortems: Conduct project post-mortems and create a recommendations report to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
  • Foster Relationships with Local Sales Team and OEM Partners: Foster relationships with local sales team and OEM partners to ensure strong partnerships and collaborations.
  • Stay Abreast of Industry Trends: Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activity to ensure our company remains competitive and innovative.
  • Provide Regular Reports: Provide regular reports to the Area Vice President and VP of Marketing on field marketing activity.
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees as they enter the office premises, directing visitors to the appropriate employees or meetings, and provide exceptional customer service to all individuals interacting with the office.
  • Maintain Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain cleanliness and organization of all common areas, including reception, meetings rooms, kitchen, etc.
  • Manage Office Supplies and Inventory: Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment, including kitchen and conference rooms.
  • Coordinate with Maintenance or Contractors: Coordinate with maintenance or contractors for repairs and upkeep as needed.
  • Assist in Organizing Office Events: Assist in organizing office events, meetings, and gatherings, including arranging catering services, setting up meeting rooms, and providing logistical support.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 Years of Relevant Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in field marketing or event planning.
  • Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Highly Organized and Detail-Oriented: Highly organized and detail-oriented to manage multiple priorities and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent Time Management Skills: Excellent time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office: Proficiency in MS Office to manage and analyze data, create reports, and communicate with team members.
