National Accounts Sales Manager Lead

As a seasoned sales professional, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic national account management. Reporting to the Director of Service Operations, you will be the face of the National Accounts Division at Air Comfort LLC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pursue new national account opportunities and develop strategic plans to increase sales.
- Lead a team of account managers to achieve sales targets and expand existing relationships.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with vendors and subcontractors to ensure maximum profitability.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in sales leadership or national account management.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and increasing market share.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Able to travel regularly to meet with clients and partners.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000 per year based on experience and location.
