Job Summary

">

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for processing contracted drivers through the qualification and onboarding process, ensuring compliance with DOT regulations and company policies. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access).

About the Role

  • ">
  • The Business Operations Coordinator will process contractor questionnaires, send approval or denial letters, and build Driver Qualification files within LME by scanning paperwork.">
  • They will also scan new CDL's, violation and review forms, and safety letters into the driver file, send monthly CDL renewal reminders, and enter returned CDL information into LME.">
  • In addition, the coordinator will send yearly review letters for V&R forms, run MVR's, issue passenger authorization letters, work with contractors through the insurance sign-up process, cancel insurance on terminated contractors, balance monthly insurance invoices, and update spreadsheets tracking new contractors and terminated contractors.">
  • The Business Operations Coordinator will also assist with Independent Contractor Operating Agreements (ICOA) and perform other duties as assigned.">

Requirements

  • A High School Diploma or GED is required.">
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong phone etiquette, and excellent interpersonal communication, customer service, and organizational skills are necessary.">
  • The ideal candidate will have knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access).">

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
