Position Overview

As a Facilities Operations Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:
  • Thoroughly training all new and existing personnel to meet Equinox standards.
  • Alerting the maintenance manager of any operational challenges.
  • Assisting the maintenance manager with various club-related projects (including floor cleaning, high dusting, advanced equipment repairs, etc.).
  • Inspecting and maintaining all cleaning equipment utilized by club staff (mop pads, buckets, floor scrubbing machines, ladders, etc.).
  • Conducting daily inspections and repairs of all club equipment (cardio/strength machines, climate control systems, audio systems, etc.).
  • Possessing comprehensive knowledge of all cleaning supplies and recommended chemicals.
  • Managing inventory, restocking, and replacing all maintenance supplies (lighting, locker room items, laundry supplies, etc.).
  • Carrying out additional projects and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates should meet the following minimum qualifications:
  • Understanding of what constitutes a clean and sanitary environment.
  • Experience with cleaning products and supplies.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work effectively.
  • Capability to service athletic equipment when necessary.
  • Proficiency in using hand tools and cleaning equipment.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Strong communication skills with the Maintenance Manager.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities.
Compensation and Benefits

Pay Transparency: $18/hr
