Position Overview:
As a Culinary Service Runner, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences at Mitchell Management. Reporting directly to the Executive Chef, you will collaborate closely with the Front of House Management and Service Team to ensure that every guest enjoys a five-star experience while upholding our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare the expo station with all necessary garnishes, sauces, and condiments for service.
2. Organize cleaning and sanitation supplies for the expo station before service begins.
3. Assist in food plating and delivery throughout the service period, working in conjunction with the Executive Chef.
4. Ensure that all plating standards are consistently met during service.
5. Deliver food to guests promptly and courteously, maintaining a positive demeanor.
6. Clean the line after the family meal has concluded.
7. Sanitize the expo station before completing your shift with the Kitchen Management Team.
