About the Role

The South Bend Cubs, a leading organization in minor league baseball, is seeking an experienced Business Development Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic sales and account management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Renew and expand existing season ticket and ticket package accounts
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Maintain and service business sales contacts to drive revenue growth
  • Implement and follow team sales programs to achieve sales goals
  • Develop and execute new sales promotions to drive ticket sales
  • Assist with team sales campaigns to drive revenue growth
  • Host clients and prospects at home games to build relationships and drive sales
  • Meet daily touchpoint targets and achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals
Requirements
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • College degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B and/or ticket sales
  • Proven track record of establishing and maintaining professional relationships
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize sales efforts
  • Proficiency in basic software programs (Microsoft Office, etc.)
  • Ability to work long hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Dependable vehicle and transportation
  • Experience with ticket systems (Provenue) a plus
