Job Title: Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at BluSky. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth in your assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers to identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans and initiatives
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of outside sales experience in the restoration industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally and occasionally overnight
