Business Development Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at BluSky. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and developing relationships with potential customers in the emergency services and restoration industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers to increase sales and market share
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, lead generation, and social media
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and improve sales performance
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of outside sales experience in the restoration industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing business
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel occasionally
