Role Overview: The Executive Assistant provides essential technical and administrative support to the Executive Leadership team, ensuring smooth operations within the Quality Management department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing executive schedules and communications.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
  • Coordinate meetings and events, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum Required: Associate's degree in Administrative Support or a related field with at least three (3) years of experience in an Executive Management support role; or five (5) years of experience in a similar capacity; or a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Healthcare Administration or Communications.
  • Preferred: Previous experience in a hospital setting or as a secretary for an executive-level position.

  • Minimum Required: Not Applicable
  • Preferred: Notary Public certification
