Administrative Specialist

">About the Job:

This position is focused on providing exceptional support to our team in a dynamic, growing law firm. As an Administrative Specialist, you will be responsible for managing reception duties, handling physical mail, and performing various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reception Duties: Provide excellent customer service to clients, answer and route calls, and manage multi-line phone systems.
  • Mail Management: Prepare and send outbound letters, document scanning, copying, and mailing.
  • Administrative Tasks: Consistently update case management systems, process incoming and outgoing mail, and respond to client requests via phone or email.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school degree required; college degree strongly preferred.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in MS Office suite, ability to work with others, self-motivation, and attention to detail.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to sit for extended periods, carry 10 pounds or more.
Work Environment:

Normal office working conditions with quiet to moderate noise levels.

Compensation:

A salary of $20-$25/hour, commensurate with experience and accomplishments.
