We're looking for a highly skilled Business Administration Coordinator to join our team at Starbucks. As a Business Administration Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to one or more executives, handling confidential and non-routine information, exercising independent judgment, and carrying out activities following general guidelines.

You will demonstrate the ability to perform effectively with limited direction, model and act in accordance with our guiding principles, and work collaboratively in a team environment. This position contributes to our success by providing advanced, dedicated administrative support of a confidential and complex nature to one or more executives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage executive calendars, prioritize tasks, and allocate resources to promote productivity and successful execution of executive and team goals and objectives.
  • Perform general administrative activities, including screening and directing incoming phone calls, composing and typing correspondence, and prioritizing and distributing mail.
  • Serve as a point of contact for the business unit or department, answering questions, directing requests, and working effectively with other partners to exchange information and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Organize and host team and cross-functional meetings, conferences, and department activities, and direct and execute complex administrative projects, including coordinating budgets, researching information, and updating databases and organizational charts.
  • Utilize advanced technical skills to create dynamic charts, tables, graphs, and presentation materials, ensuring that the final product has been edited for spelling, grammar, and layout.

Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
