Customer Support Representative

Become a full-time Client Care Specialist with Sanders & Johnson, Inc. and contribute to a crucial service for numerous individuals in need. Our team requires a dedicated individual to manage customer interactions and support our technicians effectively.
What We Offer:
Depending on your experience and skills, you will earn $24.00 per hour, along with performance bonuses. We also provide excellent benefits, including paid time off (PTO), health, dental, vision, life insurance, accidental death and dismemberment coverage, paid holidays, a retirement plan with company matching, training opportunities, and the chance to bring your dog to work.
Our operational hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Your Responsibilities as a Client Care Specialist:
In this role, you will act as a professional problem solver, ensuring customer satisfaction and assisting our technicians in their tasks. Daily, you will communicate with both prospective and existing clients via phone, addressing their needs and scheduling service requests with the appropriate field technicians while accurately entering and verifying customer information in our system.
You will manage our warranty return process, arrange replacement estimates, and liaise with supply houses regarding materials. Additionally, you may engage in light sales activities, such as promoting service agreements and accessories. With your background in customer service, you understand that not every interaction will be straightforward. Regardless of the situation, you will handle each one with professionalism and efficiency. Your problem-solving skills will be put to the test, and you will take pride in assisting our customers.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field
- Proficient in computer usage, particularly Microsoft Excel
