Your Responsibilities:
As a Client Care Specialist, you will be a professional problem solver, ensuring customer satisfaction and assisting our technicians in their tasks. Your daily activities will include:
- Communicating with potential and existing customers via phone to address their needs.
- Scheduling service requests with the appropriate field technicians.
- Entering and verifying customer information in our database.
- Maintaining communication with field technicians throughout the day.
- Overseeing warranty return processes and scheduling replacement estimates.
- Following up with suppliers regarding materials.
- Occasionally engaging in light sales activities, such as promoting service agreements and accessories.
We seek individuals with:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
