Our operational hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Your Responsibilities:

As a Client Care Specialist, you will be a professional problem solver, ensuring customer satisfaction and assisting our technicians in their tasks. Your daily activities will include:

  • Communicating with potential and existing customers via phone to address their needs.
  • Scheduling service requests with the appropriate field technicians.
  • Entering and verifying customer information in our database.
  • Maintaining communication with field technicians throughout the day.
  • Overseeing warranty return processes and scheduling replacement estimates.
  • Following up with suppliers regarding materials.
  • Occasionally engaging in light sales activities, such as promoting service agreements and accessories.

We seek individuals with:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
