Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a large and growing budget to deliver topline GMV at sustainable returns.
  • Lead a team of growth marketers across acquisition and lifecycle marketing.
  • Pioneer end-to-end testing on new growth channels.
  • Set true north KPIs for the growth organization.
  • Drive a culture of scrappy experimentation across the organization.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years experience working in growth, performance marketing, lifecycle marketing/CRM, or growth analytics.
  • T-shaped marketer with deep expertise in certain areas.
  • Deep understanding of acquisition and lifecycle marketing, attribution, and data-driven customer journey.
  • Previous experience setting the vision and strategy for the marketing organization.
