About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned leader in the full-desk direct-hire recruiting industry to join our team as a Business Development Director. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing new recruiting opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners to identify new business opportunities
  • Recruit and manage a team of recruiters to achieve sales targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in full-desk direct-hire recruiting
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and developing new recruiting opportunities
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
