Aquatics Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Program Director to lead our Aquatics team at the YMCA of Southern Maine's Greater Portland Branch. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing aquatic operations, managing staff, and coordinating swim lessons and teams.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise aquatic operations and ensure compliance with YMCA protocols.
- Lead a dedicated team to achieve program goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with leadership on strategic initiatives and fundraising efforts.
- Develop and implement programs that align with YMCA standards.
- Build relationships to promote the YMCA's mission and drive growth.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a related field.
- Relevant certifications, including lifeguard, CPR, and swim instruction.
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in software systems and detail-oriented approach.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally.
