About the Role

This is a key leadership position responsible for directing and managing hospital processes related to acquiring and maintaining Magnet Designation and/or Pathway to Excellence. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading teams to achieve excellence in nursing performance and ensuring compliance with ANCC standards.

  • A Masters in Nursing degree is required, with at least 5 years of functional experience.
  • Current licensure as a registered nurse by the Pennsylvania Board of Nurse Examiners is also required.

We offer a competitive salary of approximately $143,000 per year, based on national averages for Nursing Directors in similar roles.
