About the Role

Spurwink Services seeks a skilled Behavioral Therapist to join its multidisciplinary team in providing evidence-based training, supervision, and direct instruction to individuals with developmental and/or emotional disabilities.

Salary Information

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Responsibilities

This leadership role involves collaborating daily with a multidisciplinary team to meet treatment goals. The successful candidate will provide Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) for children in our residential program and facilitate RBT training for staff.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field and certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • At least one year of experience in providing behavioral services to individuals with developmental and/or emotional disabilities
  • Experience in providing technical assistance and training to care providers and families
