Leadership Opportunities in Applied Behavior Analysis

Come be part of our dedicated team at Spurwink, working alongside certified Registered Behavior Technicians and Behavioral Health Professionals to deliver evidence-based training, supervision, and direct instruction to our client population. With a family-friendly schedule from Monday to Friday, first shift hours with some flexibility, this position offers competitive pay and benefits.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments for children in our residential program.
- Collaborate daily with a multidisciplinary team to meet the child's treatment goals.
- Provide supervision and facilitate training for staff in RBT certification.
To be successful in this role, you will need a Master's degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field, along with certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). One year of experience in providing behavioral services to individuals with developmental and/or emotional disabilities is also required, as well as the ability to provide technical assistance and training to care providers and families.
