About the Role

At The Fedcap Group, we are seeking an experienced Operational Leadership Professional to oversee the day-to-day operations as a Performance Manager.

This mission-driven role offers a competitive annual salary of $60,000+, commensurate with experience and scope of responsibility.

Job Summary

The Performance Manager drives high-performing teams, ensuring accountability for performance, quality of service, and contractual commitments related to specific service components. This position manages workload and provides supervision and performance coaching to functional teams engaged in job responsibilities.

Essential Functions
  • Lead and develop teams to continuously improve and deliver against quality and performance targets.
  • Coach and motivate staff members, hold team meetings, and foster a sense of teamwork.
  • Conduct regular supervision and observations of direct reports using agency forms and standards.
  • Write and deliver performance evaluations in accordance with agency requirements, including recommendations for performance goals and professional development.
  • Manage HR processes from interviewing to termination.
  • Analyze team performance using FedcapCARES reports and make decisions to ensure goals and objectives are met.
  • Ensure direct reports complete onboarding and ongoing professional development requirements and encourage growth through participation in learning opportunities.
  • Ensure agency values and customer service standards are understood and observed by all delivery team members.
  • Maintain paperwork and participant records in FedcapCARES, adhering to contract compliance and quality standards.
  • Develop strong networks of support for program participants through external partner engagement.
  • Promote Fedcap Inc. positively, understanding and articulating its services and benefits.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in vocational rehabilitation, human services, adult education, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Two years of supervisory experience directing case management, workforce development, or adult education, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Work Environment
  • This is a full-time position operating in a professional office environment.
  • A general knowledge of computers and software commonly used in business environments is required.
