Program Director Leadership Role

The YMCA of Southern Maine is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aquatics Program Director to lead our aquatic programs in the Greater Portland Branch. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of aquatic programs that promote healthy lifestyles and community engagement.
We are looking for a dynamic leader with a strong background in aquatics and experience in managing staff and budgets. Your role will involve supervising aquatic operations, managing staff, coordinating swim lessons and teams, and fostering a safe and inclusive environment for all members.

Salary: $61,500 - $63,000 (Experience-dependent)
