Job Description

Tech-Bloc is seeking a skilled Commercial Sales Representative to join our team and pursue hardscape projects in the industrial, commercial, and institutional landscaping sectors in the DC/MD/DE area.

This role will involve leveraging technological resources, building face-to-face relationships, and promoting brand awareness through various channels.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including engineering and architect offices, municipalities, and real estate developers.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage sales processes and track customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing, architect designers, and R&D engineers to customize sales materials and presentations.
  • Host educational sessions and lunch and learns to promote hardscape products and systems knowledge.
  • Visit commercial project sites to provide expert advice and support.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in landscape architecture, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to read blueprints. A minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales is required, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.

Tech-Bloc offers formal sales and product knowledge training, as well as an uncapped sales bonus with an average earnings potential of $85,000 - $120,000+ per year.
