Job Opportunity

At Techo-Bloc, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for pursuing hardscape projects in industrial, commercial, and institutional landscaping applications in the DC/MD/DE area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leverage technological resources to identify new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, architects, and engineers
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Provide product knowledge and training to customers and internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless sales processes
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the landscaping or construction industry
  • Strong understanding of hardscape products and systems
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and excellent driving record
