Commercial Sales Representative

At Techo-Bloc, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for pursuing hardscape projects in industrial, commercial, and institutional landscaping applications in the DC/MD/DE area.
Key Responsibilities- Leverage technological resources to identify new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, architects, and engineers
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Provide product knowledge and training to customers and internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless sales processes
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the landscaping or construction industry
- Strong understanding of hardscape products and systems
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and excellent driving record
- Competitive salary and commission structure
