Position Overview:Our client is in search of a meticulous and systematic Legal Records Clerk to join their esteemed team at a distinguished law firm in Boston. The perfect candidate for the Legal Records Clerk role will possess a solid grasp of Microsoft Office Suite and filing protocols, along with outstanding research, organizational, and communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities of the Legal Records Clerk:- **Maintain Legal Documentation:** Efficiently file, retrieve, and update client and case files in accordance with firm policies and legal standards.
- **Manage Legal Records:** Develop and uphold a thorough system for storing and accessing legal records, both physical and electronic, ensuring confidentiality and security.
- **Process Legal Documents:** Examine and handle incoming legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, and court filings, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- **Prepare and organize documents for storage.
- **Transport files as necessary.
- 1 – 2 years of administrative experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- General knowledge of office equipment.
- Previous legal experience is advantageous.
- Associate's degree preferred, but not mandatory.
- Atrium Care Package available, upon eligibility (including healthcare plans, discount programs, and paid time off).
