Operations Coordinator

Axiom Learning is a dynamic education startup dedicated to empowering students of all ages to find happiness and success. We are seeking a motivated and growth-oriented Operations Coordinator who embodies a willingness to learn and collaborate with a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure company records and filings are maintained effectively and efficiently.
- Interface with bookkeepers to ensure financial accuracy and maintain our accounts.
- Oversee various administrative tasks and support finance operations.
- Manage payroll, ensuring accounts and financial allocations are in good standing.
- Assist with business registration and compliance to keep our records up to date.
- Coordinate with finance to ensure timely submissions and compliance.
- Update health insurance, payroll insurance, and liability insurance needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records to serve as a resource for management.
- Collaborate with team members to develop strategies that enhance our culture and service delivery.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement creative solutions to enhance our workflows.
- Maintain organized systems for tracking operational data.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in administrative or operations roles is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect across all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Quickbooks, and other relevant software.
- A passion for education and a commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture.
Hybrid, 3 days/week in office in Cambridge, MA
