Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure company records and filings are maintained effectively and efficiently.
  • Interface with bookkeepers to ensure financial accuracy and maintain our accounts.
  • Oversee various administrative tasks and support finance operations.
  • Manage payroll, ensuring accounts and financial allocations are in good standing.
  • Assist with business registration and compliance to keep our records up to date.
  • Coordinate with finance to ensure timely submissions and compliance.
  • Update health insurance, payroll insurance, and liability insurance needs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records to serve as a resource for management.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop strategies that enhance our culture and service delivery.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement creative solutions to enhance our workflows.
  • Maintain organized systems for tracking operational data.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in administrative or operations roles is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect across all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Quickbooks, and other relevant software.
  • A passion for education and a commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture.
Work Arrangement

Hybrid, 3 days/week in office in Cambridge, MA
