Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of Business Analysis experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience working in the scientific environment, especially one related to drug development, is preferred.
  • Practical experience understanding, collecting, and documenting requirements and use cases.
  • Ability to enable customer success through thoughtful analysis and communication.
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to function as a trusted advisor and consultant.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment.
