Position Summary
We are currently seeking a Floor Care Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations in the tri-state area. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish and possess a valid driver's license.
Key Responsibilities
The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:
- Executing daily cleaning tasks and special projects as scheduled.
- Performing deep cleaning of commercial facilities.
- Identifying and reporting safety hazards to management.
- Documenting work through before and after photos and submitting daily reports.
- Conducting construction cleanups and carpet extractions.
- Managing floor maintenance tasks such as stripping, waxing, and buffing.
- Carrying out pressure washing and window cleaning.
- Performing general office cleaning duties.
- Training and onboarding new cleaning staff.
- Tracking hours worked for payroll purposes.
Additional Requirements
Flexibility in working hours is essential, as emergency shifts during nights and weekends may be necessary.
