As a Residential Crew Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness are maintained in our residential homes. Your responsibilities will include supervising cleaning associates, ensuring they meet the highest standards of cleanliness, and assisting in the training of all residential cleaning associates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise cleaning associates to ensure they meet the highest standards of cleanliness
  • Ensure assigned residential homes are cleaned and maintained to the highest standard
  • Assist in the training of all residential cleaning associates
  • Ensure shift has sufficient cleaning supplies
  • Set a constant example to all associates in dress and behavior
  • Evaluate employee performance and initiate disciplinary action when necessary
  • Promote a safe and disciplined environment
  • Report incidents and safety violations to management

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license
  • Bilingual (English-Spanish) is a must
  • Detail-oriented and strong communication skills
  • Results-oriented and able to resolve challenges and emergencies
  • Multi-task oriented and able to handle multiple projects
  • Customer-focused with a can-do approach to problem-solving
