Job Title: Pressure Washing Cleaning Technician

Imperial Cleaning is seeking a skilled Pressure Washing Cleaning Technician to join our team. As a Pressure Washing Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality cleaning services to our clients, ensuring their properties are clean and well-maintained.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate pressure washing equipment to clean various surfaces, including homes, buildings, windows, roofs, awnings, decks, patios, walkways, driveways, and fencing.
  • Remove dirt, grime, mold, mildew, and other organic growth from surfaces.
  • Use degreasers or removal chemicals as labels recommend when requested.
  • Inspect surfaces being cleaned to assure chemicals and ratios used do not damage the finishes of each product.
  • Spot-check areas to ensure the surfaces cleaned and up to company standards.
  • Review job with the client once you are complete.
  • Clear the job site and store all hoses and equipment correctly.
  • Follow all safety protocols to prevent damage or injury.
  • Report incidents, procedure, or safety violations to management.
  • Ability to monitor time and set priorities to ensure residential homes and commercial properties are cleaned within a given time frame.
Requirements:
  • Experience operating pressure washing equipment preferred but not required; training will be provided.
  • Knowledge of different cleaning solutions and their appropriate uses.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality results.
  • Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and complete assigned tasks in a timely manner.
  • Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and work in various weather conditions.
