Custodial Technician

As a Custodial Technician with Imperial Cleaning Company, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of various facilities. Your duties will include:

• Dusting, Sweeping, and Mopping: Ensure all surfaces, including floors, windows, and counters, are clean and free of dust and dirt.
• Vacuuming and Cleaning: Vacuum carpets, upholstery, and other dusty surfaces, and clean all surfaces in the kitchen and bathroom.
• Scrubbing and Sanitizing: Scrub and sanitize all relevant surfaces, including toilets, showers, and tubs.
• Furniture and Appliance Handling: Handle all furniture and appliances with care to prevent damage.

We are looking for individuals who possess good knowledge of cleaning supplies and chemicals, can understand verbal and written instructions, and can stand, sit, and stoop for long periods.
