Job Description

Imperial Cleaning is a leading provider of professional cleaning services, offering a range of solutions for residential and commercial properties. As a Pressure Washing Crew Leader, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional results and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team of cleaning associates to ensure high-quality results and adherence to company standards.
  • Conduct site visits to assess cleaning needs and develop effective cleaning plans.
  • Operate pressure washing equipment and other cleaning machinery to clean various surfaces, including homes, buildings, windows, roofs, and more.
  • Use degreasers and removal chemicals as needed to remove dirt, grime, mold, and mildew.
  • Inspect surfaces to ensure chemicals and ratios used do not damage finishes.
  • Review job sites with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  • Clear job sites and store equipment correctly.
  • Follow all safety protocols to prevent damage or injury.

Requirements:

  • Experience operating pressure washing equipment (training provided if necessary).
  • Knowledge of different cleaning solutions and their uses.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality results.
  • Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and complete tasks in a timely manner.
  • Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and work in various weather conditions.
