  • Staff Management
    • Recruit, train, and develop a team of skilled healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care.
    • Provide coaching and mentoring to staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Financial Management
    • Manage the financial performance of our wound care centers, including revenue cycle management and cost control.
    • Develop and implement financial plans to ensure the long-term sustainability of our wound care services.
  • Quality Improvement
    • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality patient care and improve patient outcomes.
    • Monitor and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
  • Community Education and Marketing
    • Develop and implement community education and marketing plans to promote our wound care services and attract new patients.
    • Collaborate with hospital partners and other stakeholders to promote our wound care services and improve patient outcomes.
  • Relationship Management
    • Maintain strong relationships with hospital partners, physicians, and other stakeholders to ensure the success of our wound care services.
    • Develop and implement strategies to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in wound care or a related field.
    • Proven track record of success in program management, staff management, financial management, and quality improvement.
  • Skills
    • Strong leadership and management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to analyze data and develop strategies to improve patient outcomes.
    • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
