Position Overview:

The KellyMitchell Group is looking for a Business Systems Analyst specializing in IT to enhance our operational capabilities. This role encompasses a diverse range of responsibilities, including overseeing strategic initiatives from inception to completion and managing the governance of collaborative technologies. You will collaborate with IT Operations leadership to formulate and sustain a comprehensive roadmap aimed at delivering scalable, secure, and innovative solutions that drive organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate effectively with various departments to translate immediate and long-term business requirements into high-quality, scalable, and secure systems that support critical organizational objectives.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with business stakeholders, comprehending their goals, workflows, and processes, while leveraging in-depth system knowledge to guide system strategy, design, and implementation for mutual benefit.
  • Work in tandem with management and business partners to prioritize and develop the team's strategic roadmap and long-term planning.
  • Deliver communications, including executive summaries and organizational updates.
  • Oversee project scope, timelines, resource allocation, risks, and budget management.
  • Identify manual processes and challenges faced by both the business and users of collaboration tools, and work towards effective solutions.
  • Manage data collection and analysis of business needs, developing and recommending appropriate solutions.
  • Propose and implement process enhancements, evaluating outcomes to ensure measurable improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT.
  • 3+ years of experience managing SaaS collaboration platforms.
  • Demonstrated success in implementing, enhancing, and supporting enterprise-level SaaS systems.
  • Proven ability to work independently, manage, and lead small to medium projects or segments of larger programs requiring program management involvement.
  • Strong understanding of IT fundamentals, including SDLC, agile methodologies, and change management.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff, including executive stakeholders.
