Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with various business units to translate business requirements into high-quality, scalable, and secure systems.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their goals, workflows, and processes.
- Drive system strategy and implementation to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Work with management and stakeholders to prioritize and build the team's roadmap and long-range planning.
- Provide clear communications, including executive summaries and company updates.
- Manage scope, timelines, resource planning, risks, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
- Identify manual processes and problems, and develop solutions to improve business efficiency and employee productivity.
- Collect and analyze data to inform business decisions and develop recommendations for system improvements.
- Propose and implement process changes, and evaluate outcomes to ensure measurable improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years of experience managing SaaS collaboration tools, with a bonus for experience with multiple applications.
- 5+ years of IT experience, with a proven track record of implementing, improving, and supporting enterprise-class SaaS systems.
- Demonstrable ability to work autonomously, manage, and lead small to medium projects or parts of larger programs.
- Solid grasp of IT fundamentals, including SDLC, agile methodologies, and change management.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of staff, including executive-level stakeholders.
