Position: IT Business Systems Analyst - Collaboration Tools

Location: Remote

Job Overview:
The IT Business Systems Analyst role is a pivotal position within the IT Collaboration & Enablement team, encompassing a diverse range of responsibilities. This position is focused on managing strategic initiatives from inception to completion while overseeing the governance of collaboration applications.

You will collaborate closely with IT Operations leadership to craft and sustain a comprehensive long-term strategy that ensures scalable, secure, and innovative solutions to support the growth of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with various departments to translate both immediate and future business requirements into high-quality, scalable, and secure systems that drive critical initiatives.
- Foster strong relationships with business partners to understand their objectives, workflows, and processes. Leverage your extensive system knowledge to guide system strategy, design, and implementation for mutual benefit.
- Work in tandem with management and business stakeholders to prioritize and develop our team's strategic roadmap and long-term planning.
- Deliver clear communications, including executive summaries and company updates.
- Oversee project scope, timelines, resource allocation, risk management, and budget considerations.
- Identify and analyze manual processes and challenges faced by both the business and employees utilizing collaboration tools, and work towards effective solutions.
- Manage data collection and conduct thorough analysis of business needs, proposing and recommending viable solutions.
- Initiate and implement process changes, assessing outcomes to ensure measurable improvements.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of + years of experience managing SaaS collaboration tools, with a preference for those who have overseen multiple SaaS collaboration applications.
- Proven success in implementing, enhancing, and supporting enterprise-level SaaS systems, including planning, analysis, design, configuration, development, data migration, system testing, cutover planning, and production support.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and lead small to medium-sized projects or segments of larger programs requiring program management expertise.
- Strong understanding of IT fundamentals, including SDLC, agile methodologies, and change management.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with all levels of staff, including executive stakeholders.
