In just two delightful bites, Sourse is transforming the vitamin sector and rebranding it for a modern audience of health and beauty enthusiasts. Our founding team comprises experts from the consumer packaged goods, entertainment, and technology fields, with backing from prominent venture capitalists and leaders in the CPG industry.

Position Overview:

Sourse is on the lookout for Marketing Field Representatives situated in the San Diego region to become part of our Marketing team. The Field Marketing division will focus on amplifying brand visibility through grassroots initiatives, product sampling, and demonstrations with our retail collaborators. The ideal candidate will possess field marketing expertise, a proactive attitude towards customer service and sales, and a strong motivation to meet their objectives. This role is part-time, on a contractual basis. Working hours will be established upon hiring for the specific retail location and may vary according to business requirements, with an estimated commitment of 10-15 hours weekly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engaging with both new and existing customers in an enjoyable and impactful manner.
  • Understanding product benefits and educating consumers while addressing inquiries during interactions.
  • Identifying customer needs and assisting them in selecting suitable Sourse products.
  • Encouraging purchases at local retailers and fostering brand loyalty.
  • Providing feedback on sampling and demonstrations, including sharing images and sales data.
  • Exhibiting client-focused selling abilities with a commitment to achieving results with integrity.
