We are seeking an enthusiastic Event Marketing Representative to join our team and support our events in Orange County, including Home Shows and Fairs. This role is essential as you will be the primary representative of our company, engaging with potential customers and facilitating appointments for our Design Consultant to provide complimentary in-home consultations for bathtub and shower replacements.

Our commitment to exceeding customer expectations has earned us recognition as a leading remodeler in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact with attendees and customers at our event booths throughout Orange County.
  • Address inquiries regarding our bathroom remodeling process—training will be provided.
  • Support sales and marketing efforts by building a pipeline of leads to achieve company goals.
  • Schedule appointments for customers to meet with our design team.
  • Assist in all aspects of event preparation and execution.

Additional Information:

  • Schedule: Varies; typically 8-hour shifts on weekends, with occasional weekdays.
  • Employment Type: Part-Time
  • Compensation: $20 per hour, with additional bonus opportunities based on performance.
  • Mileage Reimbursement: Available.
  • 401k: Eligible to participate after 90 days of employment.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in sales and customer service is preferred.
