Position Overview

System Pavers is experiencing significant growth, and we are seeking motivated individuals to become part of our esteemed team. As a key member of System Pavers, your main role will be to represent the System Pavers brand effectively.

Your focus will be on connecting with homeowners to arrange complimentary estimates/appointments with our Design Consultants, who will tailor an Outdoor Living System Design to meet their lifestyle needs. This role is not centered on aggressive sales; rather, you will engage with homeowners in their communities to identify those interested in a free estimate for enhancing their outdoor spaces.

If you are dedicated to laying the groundwork for your success within a team-oriented culture that recognizes hard work, determination, and interpersonal skills, this position is ideal for you.

No prior experience required; we are committed to your success and offer paid training. Compensation is $20 per hour PLUS commission. Earn $250 for each closed sale from an appointment. Candidates can achieve up to $5200 monthly, combining base pay and commission. Availability to work weekends is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiating contact with potential clients and establishing rapport
  • Canvassing neighborhoods to discuss customer needs and visions
  • Participating in home shows, fairs, and other outdoor living events to connect with homeowners
  • Maintaining a customer-focused approach that prioritizes service and satisfaction
  • Effectively utilizing company technology platforms, including tablets and necessary software

Benefits for Field Marketing Associates:

  • Hourly pay rate of $20/hr.
