Outdoor Marketing Representative / Canvasser - Join an Exceptional Team at System Pavers

Role Overview:

System Pavers is experiencing significant growth, and we are seeking enthusiastic individuals to become part of our esteemed team. As a key member of System Pavers, your main duty will be to embody the System Pavers brand.

Your role will involve engaging with homeowners to arrange complimentary consultations with our Design Consultants, who will tailor an Outdoor Living System Design to meet their specific lifestyle needs. This position is not focused on aggressive sales; rather, you will connect with residents in their communities to identify those interested in a free consultation for enhancing their outdoor spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiating contact with potential clients and fostering relationships
  • Canvassing neighborhoods to discuss customer needs and visions
  • Participating in home shows, fairs, and outdoor living events to engage with homeowners
  • Maintaining a customer-focused approach that prioritizes service and satisfaction
  • Effectively utilizing company technology platforms, including tablets and necessary software

What We Offer:

  • Hourly wage of $20/hr
  • $250 commission for each closed sale

Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years or older with a clean driving record and reliable transportation
  • Ability to remain on your feet for most of the day
  • Friendly and outgoing personality with strong verbal communication skills
  • Availability to work weekends and special events
  • Willingness to undergo training and enthusiasm for representing our brand
