Document Control Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Document Control Specialist to join our team at BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our document control processes.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare documents for imaging and ensure they are sorted and organized for easy retrieval.
- Notify the scanner operator of any special instructions or requirements for document processing.
- Box, store, and manage the workflow of documents to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless document control processes.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years of experience in document control or a related field.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
