Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and process documents for imaging, including sorting, boxing, and storage
  • Ensure documents are accurately indexed and entered into our computer-based system
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Assist with the retrieval of stored documents and submit reports as needed
  • Provide routine maintenance on equipment and maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of office software
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a Medicare environment
  • Knowledge of iFlow software
